The Wardrobe Weekender workshops
Although my mind is still in Laos, and there are at least one or two more road trip posts to come, I just wanted to let Melburnians know that I’ll be running a workshop this weekend in Brunswick as part of Barkly Square’s Wardrobe Weekender. There’s heaps of creative, eco-friendly fashion offerings, including a bead making workshop by Erica, a jewellery remake/repair workshop by Emma Grace, a cuff making workshop by Christina and of course my own workshop where I will help people rework clothes that they would otherwise be chucking out (you know, the kind of thing that I usually post about on this blog). There is also a Clothing Exchange event and lots more happening, starting this Friday and running until Sunday, so please come and join us for some refashioning fun!
That sounds fun-I wish I was in your area of the world. Hey, I got your comment and yes, I'd love to purchase a yaboi bark bag if you would help me. My email is carroll61354 at charter dot net Just drop me a line and I'll be thrilled.
Oh that sounds like such fun…wish there were such things here in Delhi. We need someone like you to come and get things moving.
